Elevation Construction was founded by lifelong friends Rob Scherzinger and Emon Yazdi, who have shared a close bond since the age of two. Their combined expertise and passion for building excellence form the foundation of the company.

Emon Yazdi brings a diverse and accomplished background to the team. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, he went on to earn his law degree from UC Hastings and passed the California Bar. Emon has since built a strong track record in commercial real estate and development, successfully executing a wide range of projects that showcase his strategic insight, business acumen, and unwavering commitment to quality.

Rob Scherzinger complements Emon’s strengths with deep hands-on experience in construction and design. After earning a degree in Design from California State University, Northridge, Rob began his career with a residential builder, gaining a comprehensive understanding of home construction. He later joined the Carpenters Union, rising through the ranks and eventually being recruited by a billion-dollar general contractor to help oversee major institutional projects—including hospitals, schools, and hotels.
